Eyes on Wyoming was started by Rebecca Bextel.
Currently, I am focusing on the “low-income” housing scams across Wyoming. I have held three Town Halls to educated Wyomingites about the Low Income Housing Tax Credit “program”. Many of these complexes, which are owned 99.98% by East Coast equity firms, do not pay ANY property tax!
In the process, I have discovered countless Wyoming public records act violations and other property tax SCAMS.
I am currently working on a documentary about the Casper Housing Authority and the Wyoming Community Development Authority, and how the poor, disabled, and veterans they have exploited, while out-of-state developers pocket millions in taxpayer funds.

February 20, 2026: Yesterday, I flew to San Diego to document the abuse of a heroic veteran at the hands of the Casper Housing Authority. Sadly, he is but one of the many victims who have been exploited through the Wyoming Community Development Authority’s “low-income” housing programs, while private, out-of-state developers and East Coast equity firms enrich themselves on the backs of hard-working Wyomingites. Remarkably, these housing scams are FULLY taxpayer funded! The poor, disabled and veterans deserve much better than this.
In addition to making new friends, the best part of my trip was receiving this challenge coin. I must be related to this family somehow because we have the same fight within us!
Let the “Republican” opportunists continue doing the Democrat’s bidding! This brief media attention will not be enough to revive their miserable and failed political campaigns.
February 8, 2026: I was just informed by the Teton County Attorney, Keith Gingery, that April Norton has deleted nearly all text messages while conducting tens of millions of dollars in real estate business on behalf of the public. These deleted texts involve BlueLine Development, Tyler Davis, Joe Rice, etc, and she did this to “free up space on her phone”.
Is this what the people of Teton County want? Remember, the Teton County Commissioners could have done something about this years ago, but they chose not to.
I am filing suit against Teton County and the Town of Jackson regarding blatant abuses of the Wyoming public records act. We are asking the judge to issue a suboena for all text messages between April Norton and private developers.
In other words, I am doing the job the Teton County Attorney and County Commissioners won’t do.
